Paravest Capital

Paravest Capital, LLC is a privately-owned real estate investment company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Paravest was founded by Rockwell Hopkins and David Heath, with Gerald Ford as its Principal financial partner. Acting in the best interest of our investor partners, Paravest seeks to provide opportunities to co-invest with experienced real estate operators in a diversified portfolio of property types located throughout the United States. Our strategy is based on both top-down economic analysis as well as in-depth local market knowledge.

Paravest offers high net worth individuals, family offices and wealth management advisors the opportunity to invest in joint venture partnerships with experienced, high quality operating partners. Our shared goal is to create attractive risk-adjusted returns through acquisition of high quality investments and select new development opportunities, located throughout the United States. We seek investments that provide both attractive current income returns as well as a superior opportunity for capital growth.

The Paravest Principals average more than 25 years of experience investing with the leading real estate operators across the US. Each of these operating partners possesses tremendous expertise in their product type and markets in which they operate. Investment properties could include multi-family apartments, student housing, senior housing, retail, office, hotel, industrial, and self-storage. Our emphasis is on assets acquired at an attractive cost basis (below historical replacement cost) that have the ability to generate cash flow and enhanced residual value through active asset management, value-add capital improvements, lease-up, and improved management efficiencies. On a select basis, Paravest pursues joint venture investments with experienced real estate developers of new construction designed for institutional buyers (build-to-core opportunities).

Paravest's Managing Principals have a proven track record of success. The Principals have invested in and managed over 150 real estate investment partnerships located throughout the United States and have been involved in over 1.0 million square feet of commercial development.
